We do not put any limits on your webpage size/email space/monthly traffic. Limits are implemented only after a client abuses that feature (in uploading non-business related content, such as movies, music, etc.) It is one of Opticle’s key policies to use one server for maximum of 50-100 pages, while other shared hosting companies host 500-1000 clients on one machine. Thus, Opticle assures a much higher responsiveness and speed of your websites and the servers are never overloaded even during peak business hours.

Opticle’s highest priority is to the convenience of our clients, 100% of which are corporations. Since most customers do not like to communicate to technical personnel, Opticle provides an Account Manager (AM) for all our customers, and each of our account managers serves no more than ten customers. Your AM is the single point of contact at Opticle and is accountable for ensuring all of your needs are met. Our account managers are acquainted in details with your service. Her/his technical knowledge and speaking skills substantially improve the communication and provide fully managed hosting. If necessary, the AM directs an issue towards our technical department, sparing you from the need to communicate to tech-gurus directly.
